Fred Amicucci/Founder
Fred began his background screening career as a Sales Executive with DataScreening, the parent company of Selfie Background Check. Previously, he spent 12 years as an executive and consultant for a leading provider of telecom equipment. At DataScreening, individuals will often inquire about doing a background check on themselves. The actual process is not well known and often misunderstood. Because of this, Fred led a team to develop an easy to use and informative platform centered around helping the individual. The mission is to give everyone the ability to see what is on their own background check beforehand and to be the most prepared applicant as possible. |

Fred is a member of PBSA; Professional Background Screening Association, ASA; American Staffing Association, NJSA; New Jersey Staffing Alliance, as well as currently serving on the Board of Directors for NJSA. Fred is also FCRA Advanced Certified (Fair Credit Reporting Act) through the PBSA. He is also the host of The Background Check Podcast.com, a member of SHRM, Society of Human Resource Management, and has spoken for several chapters of SHRM as well as NJSA on the topic of background checks. Fred has a BA in Psychology and a BA in Criminal Justice from Moravian University.
